Status
Brentacre Insurance Services Ltd is independent intermediaries who act as your Agent and accept responsibility for the advice given and will search for the best insurance we have on offer for your individual requirements. We are Authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Brentacre Insurance Services Ltd act as agents of Insurance Companies and are required to inform our customers that we have Risk Transfer agencies in place.
Completion of Proposal Form
Your attention is particularly drawn to the importance of the declaration and signature on the Insurer's Proposal Form. Any failure to disclose facts material to the Insurance Company or Brentacre Insurance Services Ltd, or any inaccuracies in your answers could invalidate your cover. Please do consult us if you are in doubt on any aspect.
Charges
We reserve the right to apply an administration charge in the handling of your insurance and this will be shown separately to your Insurance Premium. These charges are in addition to your Insurers charges.
Our standard charges:
- £10 for a duplicate Cover note.
- £10 Renewal
- £20 new policy
- £10 Duplicates.
- Midterm adjustments from £10.00.
- £25 dishonoured cheque.
Upon cancellation of policy, Brentacre Insurance reserves the right to take the full commission on the annual premium. Plus £20 administration fee.
Brentacre Instalment Plan Charges are:
- (a) Deposit followed by balance in 4 weeks = £10
- (b) Deposit followed by 1 payment in 4 weeks and balance in 8 weeks from inception date = £20
- (c) Deposit followed by 1 payment in 4 weeks, 2nd payment in 8 week and 3rd payment in 12 weeks from inception date = £30
The legal expenses policy we offer is through Albany Uninsured Loss Recoveries Ltd and is the only legal policy we offer.
Complaints
It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. However, if you do feel you have cause to be unhappy in any way with our insurance cover, in the first instance please contact our Mr. William White in Swansea Office, who will be pleased to assist you. A more formal complaints procedure will be provided in your Policy Document, or on request.
NOTE: All premiums effective through the Credit Company -RBS Finsure Premium Finance will pay Brentacre Insurance 5.65% commission.
